Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide via a number of service providers depending on how quickly you would like to receive your board.

Due to the nature of the freight being oversize there are a lot of companies that will not do express shipping. Please make sure that you check your shipping preference before ordering. Feel free to contact us and we can help you out.

We usually ship all orders of in-stock product within one business day. Most orders will ship from our main warehouse in Victoria, Australia. We do use other warehouses periodically throughout the country and will ship from the closest warehouse to your address if the correct product is in stock at that warehouse.

Please check our rates sheet for all available shipping options.

We will always seek multiple quotes and manners of getting product to you. In some cases, we may not be able to ship the board to you, and will notify you and refund the order.

Customers are always welcome to pick up orders from our Ocean Grove warehouse and remove the shipping costs from the order.
